OVERNIGHT STAY POLICIES:
 

We value our relationship with you and will be as flexible as possible but we also have a business to run. We have a maximum capacity and are always full for Holidays.

 

If your dog has not visited Dog Time for daycare or boarding within the last 5 months we will need to re-evaluated at the current daycare rate before booking any reservation.

 

 We do not accept cancellations over the phone.

New Customers:

 

ALL New Customers are required to pay in full for any boarding reservation in order to reserve their spot. A portion of this payment is non-refundable(based on length of stay) New customers are determined by the date of their first evaluation. If this date is under one year the payment must be in full. If after 1 year the regular rules apply.

 

New Customers who cancel the first reservation made or existing customers who cancel more than two times in a 12 month period may be removed from our customer list and and may not be eligible for future stays.

Non-Holiday Reservations

  • Cancellation Less than 48 hours Notice From 7am on Check in Date:

    • Single Night: $50 per dog​

    • 2+ Night reservation: $100 per dog

  • FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE ANY OTHER SERVICES CAN BE BOOKED AGAIN

  • Changes to an existing reservation (additions/reductions) are subject to availability and may incur a fee. 

Holiday Reservations

  • Cancellation Less than 7 days notice from 7am on Check In Date.

    • $150 Fee Per Dog

  • Holidays and minimum night requirements are listed on our boarding price list page

  • A holiday period includes the 3 days before, the day of,  and 3 days after the actual holiday

  • FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE ANY OTHER SERVICES CAN BE BOOKED AGAIN

  • Changes to an existing reservation (additions/reductions) are subject to availability and may incur a fee. ​​
